Boy do I remember this well. I was about 7 years old the first time we had pizza from Zorro's. I really can't remember what the pizza tasted like. I do remember the little skit they did and also that they gave out Zorro masks to the little kids. My sister and I had our fair share of masks...I even got one when I was sleeping. The guy saw me sleeping on the couch and gave it to my mother and said in a corny accent "This is for my sleeping friend". We used to laugh about this well into my adult years. I am so glad someone posted to this old thread because I did forget about this until I read it... Thanks...LOL ;D

That's why I love reading all these posts; they really jog my memory. But this Zorro thing is just too much! I wonder if they sold more pizza because of that?

I'm so glad that others remembered and have been able to share memories of Zorro's in this thread.
As I mentioned, this is something my parents have laughed and joked about for years, but for a while, I was beginning to think that perhaps they were insane and had hallucinated the whole episode.
It's nice to know that this place really did exist. Even better, it really is great to revisit and discuss the old places like this, little and/or short-lived businesses that are remembered for that unique, colorful flair that have always made the Wildwoods so special.
I wonder if any of those old Zorro's masks are lying around in someone's basement, attic or junk drawer these days.
