Thanks, I had tried a few things, including searching all of the "team listings" , but that only is citing two commercial properties (see the bottom of this link). www.teamoceanside.com/TeamListings.aspvery odd. But I figured it out (after an hour of experimentation -- ahhggg ) Thanks again!

man, in view of that, the price on this Rus-Mar is remarkably low. I realize the place is not "marquee", but wow. Some adventurous soul can buy it, give it a paint job, knock out all the internal walls, and turn it into a "super-condo mansion" for his own personal use! (I'm kidding, in part, but semi-serious). Still cheaper than many two bedroom condos on the market, and ocean front, not center-city or shelved away on some side street somewhere.
I wonder if the place has a lot of problems (bad wiring, bad plumbing, bad roof, etc.)

An adventurous soul could also clean it up real good and market it as a good clean place to stay with rates low enough to extend your vacation, or for people who really have little money to spend but want to stay somwhere clean.
