Would anyone honestly want to live over in that area?
I don't know about you guys (and I'm sure they'll do the new condos up all nice and spiffy), but that area, geographically and logistically, just doesn't seem all that desirable.

The view is incredible on a nice day. The problems, however: incredibly strong cold winds coming across the bay in the winter, and a gazillian gigantic green head flies in the summer. I wouldn't pay a million dollars for that, even with the incredible view. Thom TheWildwoodsReporter.com

I'm with Thom. When I think of that area I think bug infested, but the views are great. Just look over that way leaving on the bridge.

I guess memories of being eaten alive by the monstrous, aforementioned green-headed flys have clouded my memories of this area.
