Chicago is tempting, but I have a funny feeling about that game, 11 points or no ... it's probably something I ate, it's certainly nothing I know ;D ... nevertheless, I will pass on that contest and take Carolina to beat Cleveland this week.

I'll have the updated standings heading into Week 5 up shortly.
But, as for my pick... well, this is the opportunity I've been waiting for to go with the Eagles. Can't wait for the game!
Now, who is it they're playing again? ;D

OK...I'll have to take a loss for last week as I didn't pick anyone...so that's two... I'll take as I usually do, Dallas. I would like to see TO sit out this game tho...I didn't like him when he was an Eagle, and I don't like him as a Cowboy.

Now, who is it they're playing again? ;D <loud buzzing sound> I'm facing elimination this week (already! ;D), so I'm going to have to go with my Eagles this week, in the Monday Night game, over Green Bay. The one big catch is you can't use any team more than once. For instance, if you pick the Eagles to defeat Houston this Sunday and the Eagles win, you move on to Week 2 unscathed. If you pick the Eagles to win in Week 1 and they lose, of course, you will be charged with your first "loss." However, either way, you will then be unable to use the Eagles for the remainder of the schedule. As of this writing, Al, you've got about 90 minutes to change your pick before the rest of us will have to take a vote on whether we should let you live. I'd vote to pardon Anisha for picking the Cowboys again on grounds that she was misled by your absentmindedness ;D (She may be right about the Cowboys, too, much as I hope she isn't... McNabb can get rattled, and if that's ever gonna happen this season, it'll be today. )

Uh-duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! See, this is what happens when you get involved in like three or four football pools at a time. Not that that is any excuse for forgetting the rules that I made up myself , or for forgetting who I was even planning to pick earlier in the week. As I mentioned to Kathi via PM, I think my emotional state heading into this Eagles/Cowboys game has clouded my thinking. I CAN'T WAIT FOR 4 P.M.!!!!!!!! DOWN WITH T.O.!!!!!!!! Anyway, for my real pick, I'll take the Ravens over the Broncos in the Monday Night game.

I'm not playing the football pool but...
I think this was one of the best Eagles / Cowboys games I have seen in a long time! When Drew Bledsoe threw the ball to Sheppard, I was so happy! In your face T.O.... continue to create drama in your life because you didn't do anything on the field today! LOL!

It's always great to see the Cowboys lose, with or without TO.
Now, PLEASE GOD let the Steelers win!!!!

Enjoy that small victory today. T.O helped the crappy Eagles get close to the bowl but they will never get the ring. Mc Crap doesnt deserve it. Sorry for the truth.
