I can't believe the way that city gets hammered with snowfall every year. It usually doesn't start this early, but still. TWO FEET... in EARLY OCTOBER! WOW. I've only visited Buffalo in the summertime, but even in August, there is a chill coming in off the lakes that goes right to your bones. A few friends and I were tossing around the idea of a trip to Niagara Falls in the near future... Eh, maybe we'll wait until Spring. ;D

I went to a Steelers-Bills game in Buffalo in December, back in '82. Gametime temp was 17 degrees, and it got colder from there. Snowed for most of the game. Steelers didn't make a first down until the second half. I would never willingly go to Buffalo ever again.
Al, Niagara Falls is supposed to be well worth the trip in winter. If you like ice.

House of Frankenstein, Castle Dracula, Haunted House, Nightmares, Screamers House of Horrors, Canada, border crossing, Rainbow Bridge, kilometres, litres, metres, centre, prime minister, province, maple leaf, VIA Rail, Toronto, CN Tower, loonie, toonie, queen elizabeth II, why do or did so many canadians go to wildwood, why do some motels in ww have references to canada, like royal canadian, quebec, what are you doin', eh?
