Question I know you can't ride a bike on the boards after a certain time.. BUT..... My toddler has a tricycle that is also a stroller, that has regular stroller handlebars and the trays, storage basket etc... Is this considered a bike still since I WILL be CONTROLLING it??? I'm planning on using it & if the cops say something put it in the car and get the old stroller out.. What do you think??? Janet[

I love riding my bike on the boards but can someone tell me why certain nimrods feel the need to walk on the boardwalk during biking hours when they have the whole damn day and night to do so. And I love the way they just stop and go into stores or look around at things and are oblivious to the bikes that are around them. There is always one family that needs to walk altogether in one group across the boards not caring that its bike time. Some things will never change.
