My son would love to go the the ww for his birthday. I plan to visit soon but wonder if anyone knows of an existing motel that a family can go to this summer. My picks are already gone Thanks in advance

The Lollipop is still there and cute. It's in NWW, We stay there with the kids. Or the Pan American in Wildwood Crest is a little more upscale but VERY nice too

I stayed at the cavilier as a kid.
Nice old-school motel. Right on the beach (in the Crest), a pool, and a little coffee shop. I rememebr the rooms being suites. And I think they had a game room.
I don't know how much help that will be.

Thanks djd and mmm, I was hoping to stay in the crest. I like the small/med motels near the beach. The website for the apollo and cavilier looked good but you know how pic can be deceiving. I like something that has a cafe etc. So I don't have to get in a car everytime the kids are hungry. Probably an efficency, I really don't feel like cooking on v/c. When the weather is not so rainy, I want to go down and check things out. Figured I would get a list going.

I wanted to go to the Crest Motel & Apts on ocean and farragut rd but it was demolished last year. The same story with tahiti, town and country and the silver dollar. I think that's gone too. Although last year the motel looked like it was in good shape. You just never know.
