Last time I was in WW several years ago all the former Hunt's Theaters like Shore, Ocean, etc. had closed down. Is there any place left in WW to see a movie?

The Strand, at the Boardwalk and Maple Ave., is still there. The building is now shared by the theatre, McDonald's and the Zombie World attraction. The obligatory Funchase link... www.funchase.com/Images/Theatres/Strand.htm

Well, unless they added to them, those theaters suck. The screens are tiny...and there were only like thirty seats in the one I took my kid to. The screen was so small, the guy had to shrink the movie so it fit on the screen and was not on the wall around the screen.

Oh, trust me, I'm not recommending the Strand in the least. I just wanted to point out that it still exists.
To tell you the truth, I haven't seen a movie there since the early 90s. I believe it was one of the Batman movies, probably the one with Val Kilmer.
The Strand will always hold a place in my heart, though, as I have many fond memories of my mom taking me to see movies there when I was a kid (you know, on that one night of your vacation when the parents tried everything they could do to steer you away from the amusement piers, just to give their wallets a little bit of a break!).
I remember seeing the original Ghostbusters movie at the Strand, right after it opened in 1985. As a 6-year-old, I was pretty excited about that, to be sure!

I really miss parking in the old Hunt’s Pier parking lot, and entering the Boardwalk up through that little passageway that led you past the lobby of the old Ocean Theatre.
The warm aroma of the buttered popcorn blended so nicely with the scent of the salt air, the pizza and fries, as you got closer and closer to the entrance to the Boardwalk, just beyond the outdoor box office area.
To anyone who remembers the old Ocean Theatre as it was, I am sure you cherish the same great memories!

Oh yeah...I remember that little path from the parking lot to the theater at Hunts! I had forgotten that...and the way the smells got stronger as one got closer to the Boards. I saw Star Wars there, too. That was my first summer in Wildwood...had only visited a couple of times before.
