It was on Apollo's Chariot at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. I feel bad for the guy but it IS hilarious to think about!

FlyinGN: Canadian, ha, ha, I was just there for a week. We finished our trip at Niagara Falls and me and my brother went through several haunted attractions at the amusement strip known as Clifton Hill. There is an article about them at darkinthepark.com After experiencing those, it made me wish someone would build attractions like those closer to home or rebuild Castle Dracula. The falls has one called Castle Dracula, too.

(This is all reminding me of the time Fabio was riding some roller coaster as past of a promotional campaign and some bird smashed into his faceā¦ not to change the subject, but does anyone remember that? Always cracks me up when I think about it.) Here ya go... www.angelfire.com/emo2/rrcr/Scroll down to where it mentions Fabio and enjoy the picture!

ok, speaking of birds, and back on topic
Broderick said the building's height, perpendicular orientation to the coastline and the fact that it would be lighted at night would be detrimental to birds.
A hotel of this size and magnitude 'would have had an adverse effect on the endangered and threatened bird species which use this flyway and is prohibited.'
I assume that this skuttles every effort by the city to go verticle, including the plans for the Oceanic, etc. Any more news on this? Or am I missing something?
And aside from the possiblity of winning an appeal, I assume all of said projects are now DOA? What is the new plan, say, for the Oceanic?
