I love what the moreys have done for wildwood, but will the owner from sportland pier start to build this pier up with attractions again? I know there has been rumors of a coaster or dark ride but nothing yet! I would like to see someone put some heat on the moreys! Keep them on there toes! I think it would be better for the boardwalk!

No question, a little competition would be nice.

It was (is) expensive to ride the rides down there tho... My Son is not a big rider so maybe 7 rides and hes done for the night.. That cost almost $40--50 to do... VERY expensive..

[glow=purple,2,300]Look at the prices of any amusement park in the country they are all expensive. Morey's unlike other major parks do not charge a gate fee and give guest the choice of tickets for a those who only go on a few rides.[/glow] AC

Its so obvious that mrboardwalk works for the Morey's since his opinions are very biased. The Moreys need competition badly. And yes I agree that the rides are way overpriced. They need a quality dark ride and a huge coaster. I would love to see Sportland come back.

I think the whole dinasour beach thing happened at the wrong time, and it really wasnt what the public wanted. There is a market for "thrill rides" though. I think that if someone down there did the thrill ride thing it would be succesful! I still would like to see someone do somthing big down there!
