Frank www.moreyspiers.com/survey/Great minds think alike!!!! ;D I got one too and just did it! I saw that and I commented on there that I would buy a ticket and ride it again and again once restored but what exactly did they mean by "helping" and I told them that I sure hope it wasn't by donating money! If so then somebody there is on some major crack!!!!

I offered my time if they needed help with this expensive project. Maybe they could put up a plack of all the volunteers? I did offer money but that could mean by spending money for the tickets!

If it came down to them collecting donations to restore the Nugget, or them knocking it down....I would kick in a few $ to help with the restoration. To me, it would be more meaningful to be able to take my children on the ride rather than buying a screensaver with pictures of the ride after its demise.

Yes, got it yesterday. Just filled it out though.
I'm glad they made questions about the Golden Nugget part of the survey. I'd help them with the Golden Nugget, if there's something I could do to help - why not? My favorite ride of all time...

I wonder when it is going to catch on fire? I would be really pissed. This is wildwood so anything can happen! I remember seeing that south jersey adjustment bureau everytime there was a fire. Whats that all about?

Just filled mine out and yes definately to restoration of the Nugget. I will give $$ to keep this part of the past alive. Hope to win the season pass too. It wouldn't hurt to give a little and take a little.

Filled mine out ASAP. Tried to put as many positive thoughts of the Golden Nugget where ever I could. At least they are looking into this possibility!

I got the survey sent to me yesterday and have yet to fill it out. Anything dealing with the golden nugget I am in favor of.

If the nugget operates again it would take some of the sting out of all the motels that were lost over the past 5 years.

I filled it out, too. As for the Golden Nugget, this is really our opportunity to step up. There are so many posts about missing the ride - maybe now we can do something to get it up and running. With all of the lost motels and landmarks, perhaps at least this one can be saved. I volunteered my time, money, and also suggested that I would be able to raise a few donations. Although I would not want any corporate advertisements on the ride. It is a very nice gesture that they offered the survey. And, obviously the Golden Nugget is enough of a hot topic for it to be included.
I like the idea of a plaque honoring those who help out. Or even something to acknowledge the DWPL as a crucial factor in the restoration project. Riding the Golden Nugget again would be like going back in time. And, I am willing to contribute in whatever way I can to experience that.
