Hey Robert- Yes, I have copies of that Hunt's brochure... our family actually has (3) different versions of Hunt's brochures. I just can't believe that someone purchased it for $31.51!! (I could make a killing with all of the copies I have! LOL!)
As for the postcard, $24.99 is a bit high for that shot of the pier. (I have this one also; along with many others that I have been collecting!) It's definitely not a 1955 shot.. if I was to guess, I'd say late 60s-early 70s because of the Nugget and Skua.

$24.99 for a postcard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have post cards and brochures from Atlantic City, I kid you not, from the early 1900's. Bought them at an auction many years ago and I just get them out once in awhile to look at them. When was Hunt's Pier actually started?

Go for it Robert. Start your own collection, which I'm sure you should have alot of things by now anyway.
