I was thinking about this, most of the Hunt's dark rides had outdoor sections such as the Nugget, Keystone Kops, Pirate Ship, Jungleland that were not enclosed, out in the open air like the rooftop on the Nugget, or the top of the deck of the Pirate Ship, or the outdoor part of Keystone Kops. About the Whacky Shack, was that the only Hunt's dark ride that was completely enclosed, that is apart from the loading/unloading platform that was open in the front under the roof you were in the dark the entire time from start to finish? How many other WW dark rides were completely enclosed? Dante's has parts where you come outside and go back in, and so did Dr. Blood's, and Lost World on Fun Pier. Even Castle Dracula's Dungeon had a part where you come outside midway through and back in again. The only others I can think of that had no outdoor segments are Hitchcock Manor, Dark River, and Junkyard.

Morey's had the Haunted House, Planet Of The Apes/Star Wars and "The Spirit Of '76" airplane which were all enclosed. Also, there was the Exorcist/Poseidon Adventure, a neat little attraction/ride.

Not sure what the number is but the majority of darkrides built throughout the country are completely enclosed or at least feature covered loading areas. I'm sure this was to protect everything from the elements as well as vandals, which have always been a darkride's worst enemy.

I enjoyed those rides but I sure don't think about them everyday just when you bring them up, oh I forgot, that is everyday.
