Does anyone know if the MOores Inlet sign was saved and if so where it may pop up again? I recieved an email from Moores Inlet confirming that the new condominium complex will house a Moores Inlet Pub. Wheather that is still true or not I do not know, but I doubt a neon sign will appear on a housing complex of that nature. Just wondering if anyone knew anything.

They probably either have it stored somewhere or scrapped it. That's what they do with older rides when they get rid of them anyway.

Where exactly will the new bar go in Moore's and is it going to have an outside area?

I believe that the bar is going on the groud floor of the condo. No outside area from what I have heard..

Right, like Frank said, the bar is being planned for the ground floor of the complex, I believe on the east side. I don't think there is any kind of outdoor area being planned from the beginning, but I guess something could always be added later. Would be nice.
I haven't had a chance to inspect the progression of this new building up close in quite a while, but i can say it is a really weird sight, seeing it on the horizon as you enter the island via the NWW Blvd. bridge.

Thanks for the info. Too bad they won't have an outdoor area, it would be a nice touch.

One thing that I recieved from whoever is still running, or used to run the Moores Inlet Website was the info that it was going to be the "Moores Inlet Pub" I don't know about anyone else, but to me it sounds very small scale and NOTHING like our Moores. Any new info?

The old Moore's was one of a kind. I wish I went there.

No doubt about that one....Moores Inlet was the one and only. Glad I went there so many times but still wish I had one more chance to walk in there
