Hey, guys. I know some of you will be glad to see these last two photos from yesterday (Tuesday), of the Grand Hotel. ;D It's gone! Nothing but a few piles of debris and a couple big holes in the ground where the pools were. Ever see those WWII photos of what Germany looked like after the "carpet bombing?" Check 'em out! P.S. I just noticed something odd in the second photo: Now that the Grand is gone, it looks like those two seagulls in the sky above the Grand are circling the Wildwoods looking for a high-rise to crash into. ;D Take that, CAFRA! Thom

Great shot of the Regal Plaza in the first picture. One of the better motels in the crest.

<huge sigh of relief>I'm sure Wildwood Crest and Lower Township smell better already... Thanks for the great shots, Thom--that second one really is a keeper.

No, the seagulls are so elated that they don't have to worry about crashing into The Grand anymore. Because we all know that birds fly in straight lines and are unable to avoid large objects...

Good bye to a crappy place. It looks for more "Grand" now that that horrible place is off the face of the earth(needed to get in one last negative Grand comment)
