I can't get over how Steven at the Armada isn't allowed to build a coffee shop at the top of it due to the current laws. The parking doesn't make any sense to me - I agree with him, most of his potential cafe customers will be staying at the motel. Others may walk in, whether off the beach, or the street. For the few that would be driving there and need a place to park, I'm not sure if there is metered parking alongside the Armada. I think it would be a great idea and don't see any downside to it becoming reality. He (and others) should be encouraged to invest in their motels, not discouraged.
