your welcome, glad to share the memories of growing up at the shore.. How many people remember that the ocean used to go under the boardwalk from about 23 street north at high tides, that is why there are the concrete walls under the walk up north. There also used to be several small placces under the walk where you could buy snack and sandwiches. The high tides also came most of the way up under Hunts and Marine Piers and you could actually fish of the NWW fishing peir even at low tide.

Cool stuff camper. What exactly is the Bristol Stomp? Was it an actual dance or just the name? Always wondered about that. You have such great memories of the time of WW before "my time" began. Each of our generations has their own unique story and vision. It's wonderful to share these memories. Welcome to the board... reaching Texas, wow.

Bristol pa.. About 20 mins from where I grew up:) I know where Bristol is. I grew up in Philly and then moved to the outskirts. Now I'm a good 45 miles away.
