Isn't that the complex that featured the three oceanfront houses behind the main building? Or am I thinking of something else?

Yeah. I thought that it was to feature three ultra-expensive beachfront homes... at least that was part of the plan... I think.

That view would be exciting. The mortgage payments probably not as exciting.

That's them! Nice houses but I'm not sure how I'd like a big condo tower in my backyard, no matter how nice it is.

With more DECK SPACE than the entire townhouse we're thinking of buying! I noticed they didn't list any prices, at least not conspicuously, perhaps they are in an embedded link somewhere. That's them! Nice houses but I'm not sure how I'd like a big condo tower in my backyard, no matter how nice it is. I've always marveled at exactly how close those decks are to each other. I guess you could loan your neighbor a cup of sugar with neither one leaving their respective decks. I mean I love my neighbors here, they certainly are close here in NWW, but Coastal Colors are much closer, especially at those prices. re

I think, it's like anything else, when the price gets too high, folks might just spend the money somewhere else, like Stone Harbor, for a stand alone house.
