I truly think Mack's in a class by itself. The only pizza similar to it, in my opinion is pizza town usa in Elmwood Park on route 46 in northern bergen county. Some of you northern nj folks should now this place.

I’m not going to debate over Mack’s and Sam’s this time. I will point out a small fact. Wednesday (8/16) around 5:30pm Sam’s had a cue-line set up for the people waiting to be seated. The line was from the door and across the Juniper Avenue ramp. I took the golf cart down to Mack’s just to see what was going on. They didn’t have anyone on the second floor. The first floor had about a dozen people inside. Again I’m not trying to debate, just getting out the facts about what I witnessed Wednesday night.

Mike, you're killing me with these pics, man!
The pizza and stromboli look soooooooo good... (made all the worse by fact that this is my usual lunch our, but we're shorthanded at work, and I won't get to eat until around 3 p.m. today).
I've got to get myself out to Pottstown sooner than later.

All of these look yummy, and Mack's and Sam's are. There is also a decent joint, Alex's in Ocean Towers. A short walk up the bike path from the crest motel locations. Curious, has anyone ever tried "Grotto Pizza"? It's God-like. www.grottopizza.com/Locations.html

The original thread was not about Mack's Vs Sam's. it was whether people considered that pizza the best they have ever had from anywhere
